The Total Cost of Ownership of a LASIK Procedure
It may be strange to hear, but the concept of "Total Cost of Ownership," or TCO, can be applied to LASIK eye surgery in San Jose. Here's the basic TCO equation for San Jose laser vision correction:

If your surgeon is like the majority of the LASIK providers, he's going to charge you another fee for your secondary surgery (also known as an enhancement or re-treatment). In this case, your LASIK doctor charges you another $250 to re-treat your left eye. You've now paid him a total of $4850.
A week later, you return to this specialist complaining of blurring in your left eye. Your surgeon determines, but doesn't tell you, that he de-centered your re-treatment. He'll have to re-treat you again, for another $250, bringing your total cost to $5100 for this LASIK vision correction surgery.
This can go on and on, and may require that you seek help from another LASIK vision correction doctor in San Jose, who's likely to charge you his primary surgery fee, costing you several thousand dollars more!
